Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary materials to ensure project timelines are met. Delays caused by client inaction may impact the delivery schedule but will not affect the payment terms.

Modifications and Cancellations

Requests for service modifications must be submitted in writing. Any additional work beyond the original scope may be subject to additional fees. Should a project be canceled after initiation, the client remains liable for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.
